Where have all the women gone

After more than 20 years in the ict-industry I am really worried, where are alle the women? When I joined this industry, we were a number of talented and well educated girls who wanted a career, but now I feel so lonely. Is something wrong with me or them? And young girls are not even applying for the classes at the universities that will give them the obivous entrance point. Shall I give up? No, I want to start a champange race.
